Little Lucy’s guardian angel

Little Lucy is one of the famous characters in Berlin’s street art scene. Street artist El Bocho took the character from an old Eastern European cartoon and starting putting up pictures of her all over the city. Despite her innocent appearance, Little Lucy is usually anything but; she is usually shown torturing her pet cat.
